服务态度很差，我们去过好几次，明明离关门还有1个小时，有个嚣张又傲慢的服务员就说不能叫了。 叫多了服务员还很不开心。真是的。

i go there everyday, but one day i saw one of the waittress puts the left overs of a cusmtor's food into to another plate and took it right to me and i say OH NO YOU DIDN'T!!! and i burned the place down!!!!!!

just back from Wasabi today. It was very good in general. Service was good, evrything is fresh and tasetful. And the tip is not included in the bill anymore. You could pay the tip based on your satisfication. Strongly recommended.

服務態度差 這才是重點
有次我朋友前兩個星期打電話去訂位
話想問到時留一張10個人的桌子
點知接電話個個 話:
ER....要睇到時會唔會多人播 如果有70個人以上訂位的
就留唔到比你架啦.
咁我朋友就叫佢多加留意啦
跟住個個人就話:
有就有 冇就冇架啦 唔係你想點呀?
我朋友火都黎埋 話以後都唔會再去幫襯佢
有人說環境清潔 其實並唔係架
有時係廚房拿出黎的碟同碗呀同埋刀叉
有時都洗唔乾淨 有D食物殘渣係上面 都直接用手刮走
然後就比D CUSTOMER 拿去用
wasabi 有時係放左幾日再比你食
waiter waitress bus boy bus girl food runner 的手
亦都唔係時時都咁乾淨 d野跌落地下 就執番起
到完垃圾又唔洗手
有時仲要苦日苦面咁對住你
總之個度 d人個個都係金玉其外
做就做得好好睇睇 其實暗地裡都仲唔知有幾多污穢的野你係睇唔到

Went there on a Friday night and absolutely hated it. Although most popular restaurants are crowded, that it no reason for the orders to get mixed up, misplaced and forgotten. it took them 27minutes to deliver our first order of sushi and by that time we had already filled up on the buffet (hot dishes). We left after eating 1 plate of ordered sashimi -- definitely NOT worth the money.

bad
1) missing order
2) not enough sashimi choices, some of them are served half frozen cold, the tamago was like fake; super salty miso soup, bad mushroom beef roll etc..
3) service just okay, but u have to pay the tips anyways because it's in the bill
good

The food is ok and the price is reasonable.... The service is a littie bit slow. I went there a few times, even weekdays are very crowded. Last week i went there with my family,it was busy as weekend. I saw a waiter was delivering food with 3 big trays. Crazy!!
