This place is over rated. I ordered three desserts, only one is good, the other two are so so. The store opened an hour late and I had to wait. The desserts here are not on par the same quality as HK.

Very Clean, Very Good Service, but wish the pancake was little softer, but overall the taste and texture is very good.
