Only one waitress and extremely slow service. I've waited for an hour for my food, other tables are the same. They charge restaurant price but neighbourhood cafe quality.

There's a HK style western dining place at Market village called "French Cuisine" (near the super market) who use to serve pretty good food before about 1 year ago when i went. I heard that they recently changed owners so I decided to go with my friend to eat their tea time specials today. But man.....the food & service was definitely not the same as before.....
So we went in and we ordered a roast beef sandwich with salad and a baked cream sauce spaghetti with cheese and the waitress said ok. Moments later, our food came out but instead of the roast beef sandwich with salad, they gave us roast beef salad.....so I said to the waitress that I ordered the roast beef sandwich not the salad, then she gave me the dirtiest look in the word and raised her voice saying "You said Roast beef salad and now you are complaining i gave you the wrong food?!! this was what you order!!" She was going to start a fight with me or something!!! then the manager came out and told her to quiet down and switch the food for me. Then I heard many yelling and arguing in the kitchen between the chef and the waitresses......And when the sandwich came out, it was basically just the same plate of roast beef salad with two piece of bread there... that was definitely not the same sandwich we use to eat.... and not to mention, the manager also gaved us a dirty look when she walks by
As for the spaghetti...it tasted really nasty...the cream sauce was poorly made, I can taste little chunks of white stuff between the sauce (you know how you stir too much when you are making the sauce it creates chunks) and instead of putting breaded cheese on top of the pasta, they just used bits and parts of sliced cheese on top of the sauce which made it taste really disgusting............
I donno...I use to love that place, but now with that kind of service and food, I am definitely not going back again.........

Went there few days ago
orderd sirloin steak which is definitely not sirloin...
and I am doubting if its a steak at all
side for the steak is unique too, with bok choy and frozen veggies
only good thing about there is the fries...but I can tell they haven't change the oil for awhile, coz I can literally "taste" the oil
