when we went back this year( because we heard they changed hand and Hainan chicken is sought-after),we notice the large table next to us have dishes not on menu... thru curiosity, we discovered the chef/owner Patrick is a very talented chef,he not only does Fook Kin style food, he makes silky creme brule too. We tried there fish with pine nut, 大紅蟹/crab, conch soup, steam eggwhite as C-Fon Choi/私房菜... Here is what we recently had:

I went there last week lots of people as usual, but much better food & services. I heard the waitress said they changed boss... maybe thats' the reason
